The Crossings at Spring Hill will provide senior living services in Lorton, Fairfax County, VA inside the Washington, DC MSA. A new 108 unit senior living facility with 74 units of assisted living and 34 units of memory care will be located on a site in the Spring Hill Community by Pulte, a master-planned development highlighted by high-end residential and outstanding growth with retail options nearby. The community will house all-private apartments in both assisted living and memory care.
The site is strategically located in a new growth area of Fairfax County, adjacent to the 46.8 acre Spring Hill Community, an age-restricted graduated care community. The campus consists of 362 dwelling units, including 181 single-family attached and detached units for active adults, 125 multi-family units for active adults, and 56 multi-family units for independent senior living. Despite its existence since the mid-2000s, residents of Spring Hill Community that needed some level of care have had to travel 4-5 miles away and live separately from loved ones. With the construction of the Facility, Spring Hill seniors will now have the option to age-in-place on the campus.
Spring Hill, with its corresponding HOA association (Springhill Community Association), offers a number of benefits to residents. Residents of the community will have access to the community pool, fitness center, and community center at HOA.
The Sales Office is located at 7405 Alban Station Court, Suite B 201 in Springfield, Virginia.
